At Incalpaca TPX, we announce the publication of our 2025 Sustainability Report, a document demonstrating how textile excellence and planetary care converge in a highly integrated and responsible business model.
To understand the magnitude of our progress, we must look to our roots. François Patthey Salas, Chairman of the Board, defines it clearly: "Our ancestors created a significantly smaller ecological footprint. We follow in their footsteps, delivering high-quality textile garments to our clients".
This philosophy is the daily driving force of the company. We do not view it as a standalone department or a passing trend; it is the way we choose to do business. We want every link in the supply chain to leave a positive impact, from the high-Andean communities to the customer.
Driven by this vision, 2025 has been consolidated as a year of concrete results and exceptional recognitions. Among the most outstanding milestones in our report are:

Recognized Climate Action: We obtained the 4th star (the highest level) on MINAM's Huella de Carbono Perú platform, successfully reducing our CO2 emissions for a second consecutive year.

Leadership in Circular Economy: Through our "Re/UpCycle" initiative, we recycled more than 59 tons of textile waste. This model earned us a spot on the "Companies That Transform 2025" list by IPAE and RPP.

Water Innovation & Conservation: Our "Water Less" initiative was a finalist at the prestigious XVI Corresponsables Awards in Spain. In addition, we won the Business Creativity Award (UPC) for our program "Vicuña, the rescue of a species".

Social Impact & Traceability: We executed 100% of our planned social activities, positively impacting 70 high-Andean communities and guaranteeing animal welfare through the international RAS and RWS standards.
