We are a textile company, Incalpaca is a vertically integrated company part of the Grupo Inca, one of the most outstanding groups of the local economy.

Heritage

In the early 1980s, Condor TIPS was founded, producing high-quality alpaca fabrics. Two years later, Industrial Tumi Knits was founded to produce mainly alpaca fibre sweaters.

After 20 years of experience in yarns production and foreign trade activities, Grupo Inca decided to merge the latter two companies. Thus, in 1996, Incalpaca TPX was born. Incalpaca works with the world's leading fashion brands and exports to more than 50 countries worldwide.

Our Mision

"We create unique products from Alpaca and Vicuña, always linked to stories, innovative concepts and using sustainable and integrated processes. Through them, we partner with demanding and sophisticated companies, brands, and designers. We seek to transcend time to ensure the continuity of our stakeholders, especially the producers of these noble fibres."

Alpaca Fiber

Alpacas are noble and generous animals, legendary and sensitive. In Peru, it is also a national symbol dating back to 5000 BCE.
"Perhaps the mission for all is to find the reason why we are in this world. It is an arduous quest in which time serves as the canvassed lifestyle that we ourselves trace in the path ahead."

Currently, 80% of the world's population of this camelid is located in the Andes of Peru, where more than four million alpacas live. Each of these alpacas represents the work and progress of thousands of Peruvians who live far from modern life. For them, raising alpacas means preserving a vestige of ancient history. For us, it's keeping history alive and making every day our reason for being.

But our fascination with alpacas was born not just for its obvious beauty or the history behind it, nor only for its magical and unique fibre, which is recognized all over the world. For us, the world of alpacas is full of lessons that we have applied to everything we do. If you want to know more about this majestic animal you can visit whyalpaca.com.
