Return and change Policy

RETURN AND CHANGE POLICY

The following policy only applies for purchases made at our Factory Stores, located in the cities of Lima, Arequipa y Cusco.

At Incalpaca our absolute priority is to guarantee the total satisfaction of our customers.

Generalities

1. To change or return the product (s), the customer must approach any physical store or contact us through social networks and / or emails: info@incalpaca.com, where you will receive information about the procedure.
2. The change and return policy of purchases made in physical stores in Peru can only be made in Peru.
3. Any change or return requires the presentation of proof of purchase within 30 days after issuance.
4. Store Personnel will be responsible for customer service, as well as verifying that the product is in good condition, with original labels and packaging.
5. No devolution of money is accepted.

Of the Changes

Changes of garments can only be accepted if the following exist:

6. Quality problems: Includes loss of color, seam rupture or excessive pilling
7. Other problems: Involuntary errors of the customer when choosing the type of garments, for example, regarding size, color or model.

10. Changes will be made for another product whose amount is equal or greater; for no reason may the change be for a product of a lower amount.
11. Our Change policy does not apply to articles purchased in REMATE Incalpaca.
